Our mission is to provide or facilitate comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation
services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve their optimum
level of independence.
Sage Rehab, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that was formed by a group of
dedicated professionals who identified a growing need in the Greater Hartford
community for comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services.
With over 100 years of combined experience, the staff of Sage Rehab, Inc. is
devoted to providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation incorporating
traditional and state-of-the-art techniques, including a range of assistive tools and
technology.
Rehab Without Walls
We are not limited nor restricted by the confines of our facility. We believe that our
patients benefit most from a functional service delivery model. This is often best
achieved by providing community-based services, including interactions with
schools, employers, and other providers.
